How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Recent Orders’, then click either the order number under the Order column or the ‘View’ button under the ‘Actions’ column.
  2. Your order details will display along with its related subscription.
  3. In the ‘Related Subscriptions’ section, click either the subscription number under the ‘Subscription’ column or the ‘View’ button.
  4. Next, a page with your subscription status will display along with several actions.
  5. With one click of the ‘Cancel’ button, your subscription will be canceled.

Can I resubscribe if my subscription has been canceled?

  1. Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Recent Orders’, then click either the order number under the ‘Order’ column or the ‘View’ button under the ‘Actions’ column.
  2. Your order details will display along with its related subscription.
  3. In the ‘Related Subscriptions’ section, click either the subscription number under the ‘Subscription’ column or the ‘View’ button.
  4. Next, a page with your subscription status will display along with several actions.
  5. Click the ‘Resubscribe’ button.
  6. Next, complete the checkout to resubscribe form and click the ‘Sign up now’ button.
  7. When your order completes, go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Your Listings’ and click the ‘Relist’ link under the title of your listing.
  8. You will go to the ‘Add Your Listing’ page.
  9. Once there, you will see the ‘Monthly Subscription’ or ‘Yearly Subscription’ radio button.
  10. Also, note the text ‘0 listing posted out of 1’.
  11. Click the ‘Submit ->’ button.
  12. Edit your listing if necessary, click the ‘Preview’ button.
  13. If it appears as you like, click the ‘Submit Listing’ button.
  14. You’re done.

Can I change the avatar pic on top my business’s thumbnail?

Yes. Go to ‘My Account’ page. Click the ‘Choose Image’ button in the Avatar section to upload your picture.

I own more than one business. Can I list all of them if I’m a member?

Each member will be able to list multiple businesses, but each business page, as of now, will be charged the full monthly fee.  In other words, if you have a graphic design business in New York City but you’re a Reiki healer in Montauk on the weekends, you’ll have to list and pay to have each business advertised on FemPages.  However, all profile edits will be listed under one account.

What happens if I don’t see my business category listed?

Please send us an email at hello@thefempapages.com and we will be happy to review your business category and add it as a tag to our search menu so conscious consumers can easily find you. We’re all about making sure your business gets noticed.

What happens if my business has more than one primary location but it’s considered the same business?

If your business has more than one primary location, for example, you own a franchise, you can list up to three locations. Please note, however, only the location you list as primary will show up on the map, the rest will be listed on your profile page. If you would like map visibility with each location / address, for example, you run a business in both NY and LA, contact our customer team directly. We are currently offering discounts to members who would like to map list in several locations without having to open up multiple accounts with us.
